Sessions

Your Light Touch session is scheduled for 60 minutes, but the time may vary because the time it takes to achieve your transformation from pain to joy is determined by the intensity of your pain, depth of restrictions in the tissues, emotional aspects and how long the issue has been present.

I have been providing Craniosacral Therapy since 2005. Most of my education came from Upledger Institute. I have been certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage since 2005. My most current continuing education includes various classes in Energy Healing, Sound Therapy and exploring ways to help my clients find balance in mind, body and soul.
